Terms of Service

Your ID firm owns the workspace and controls who can join. Staff, contractors and homeowners get access only through an invite from an authorised admin. You're responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials confidential.

Use OrkaiFlow only for legitimate project coordination. Don't upload malicious files, spam other members, attempt to break the platform's security, or use it to harass any user.

Photos, documents, VOs and messages you upload remain your (or your firm's) property. You grant OrkaiFlow a limited licence to host and display that content to the other authorised members of your workspace.

OrkaiFlow tracks payment stages and variation orders as a record-keeping tool. It does not process payments, hold funds, or act as an escrow. Any contractual obligation is strictly between the ID firm, the homeowner and the contractor named on the project.

We aim for 99.5%+ monthly uptime and we'll post incidents on status.orkaiflow.com. Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

Your firm admin can revoke access at any time. If you close your firm workspace, we'll keep your data for 30 days for recovery, then permanently delete it.
