Privacy Policy

• Account data — your name, email, mobile (for contractor login), role, and workspace membership.
• Project content — the milestones, tasks, VOs, invoices, defects, photos and messages you or your teammates post.
• Usage data — IP address, browser and device details, and basic navigation events. Used for security and product improvement only.

To deliver the service — showing projects to the right people, sending notifications, keeping an audit trail of approvals — and to secure the platform (rate limiting, abuse detection). We do not sell your data or share it with advertisers.

Only members of your project workspace, with visibility controlled by their role. Staff, contractors and homeowners see different things by design. Emergent (our infra provider) may access data only when strictly needed for support or incident response.

Data is stored on secure cloud servers with encryption at rest. Uploaded photos and documents live in Emergent Object Storage. Backups are retained for 14 days.

• Access — request a copy of your personal data at any time.
• Correction — update your profile in-app or ask your firm admin.
• Deletion — ask your firm admin to remove your account; or contact us directly.
• Portability — export your workspace as JSON on request.
